Meet Li: A Master of Permanent Makeup with 10,000+ procedures under her belt. Li is not just an expert, but a versatile artist who has honed her skills through apprenticeships with talented European artists from around the world. With a background in Fine Arts, she has made a seamless transition to working with a tattoo machine and creating stunning, long-lasting makeup.
Li's artistic talents and love for people come together in the studio space where she offers a wide range of services, including areola tattooing, eyeliner shading and lip shading. Over the years, she has built a beautiful spa and training center for other artists to learn and work in. Li is also known for mentoring and guiding many aspiring artists, and is dedicated to improving the continuing education in the industry.

The Spa offers clients a luxurious, modern space with the highest level of pampering & expertise and also acts as the main headquarters for the student Academy that Li Bartman teaches out of.
