Is Permanent Makeup Painful?Permanent makeup should not be a process that is extremely painful! Without exception, all of my clients are comfortable and relaxed during their procedure. I do a European method which is very gentle and shallow on the skin. We numb the area and the client will feel very little discomfort both during and after the procedure. I do not work on a "tattoo level" which can be very painful and yield poor results.
