​Booking and Deposits
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied towards your service cost or carried over to a future appointment if you provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.


Service Conduct
Clients are expected to arrive on time for appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. Disruptive behavior may lead to refusal of service.


Price Adjustments
Service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Current prices are available at the time of booking.


Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information and following aftercare instructions provided by our technicians.
